To the disappointment of many: There is no 24th episode of Black Cat. The real issue is that there was a 16th episode that was pointless to the plotline and therefore it was taken out of the series. It is now considered a “lost” episode, and that means that there are only 23 “real” episodes in this series. The 24th is really the 23rd, so on and so forth, all the way back to episode 15. Sorry for the confusion, and disappointment.
