To Lelouch’s surprise, C.C., the girl who gave him his power, survived and reunites with him after appearing out of the blue at the Ashford Academy. A recently freed Suzaku, having been acquitted of the charges and refusing Zero’s offer to join him, accidentally meets the Third Imperial Princess Euphemia Li Britannia and ends up intervening in an internal Purist faction struggle. Meanwhile, Second Imperial Princess Cornelia Li Britannia endeavors to enter Area 11 and take charge as Governor-General to capture the still unidentified Zero, now the Empire’s number one enemy and most wanted man.
