In some way..I am not as so sure that L will not die..i think there is a greater chance that he will..but thats just my observations..lets watch on to see..shall we?

*sigh* I dont want to spoil again, but L does die and Misa gets free, because in the last manga, shes in the teito hotel saying “This must be their way of repaying me!” The npa put her there so she would be away from light…It never says what she thinks about light’s death…OH!! WAIT!!! In the very end of the last manga, she has a long line of people that beleived in kira following after her and she lights a candle and says, “to Kira, our saviour.” Then its the end……oh well…..

I have never watched a show that has such perfect character development. I have also never seen a show where I have a seething hatred for both the “protagonist” and the “antagonist.”
