This episode is just a very lengthy flashback of all the major things that happened to Relena throughout the series - with particular emphasis on Heero and Zechs. The episode ends with Relena yelling out of an open window for Heero to return to her and end the war. TV.com
If you’ve been watching the episodes in relatively quick succession, it is meaningless to watch this episode. It is literally just segments of the previous episodes re-clipped with useless commentary (primarily) by Heero.
If you haven’t, this could be a nice refresher of what has happened leading up to the remaining episodes.
