Dr. Tokioka works in a laboratory among the bodies of Blood’s associates, following injections, their bodies begin to bulge and move in searing pain. Brandon and Bunji lie in wait for the Lightning’s supposed ambush, only to see Blood standing on the sidewalk, upon flicking his cigarette into the air and declaring war, the city is rocked by explosives planted all over town.
