InuYasha’s father defeated a powerful Chinese moth y?kai named “Hyuga” 200 years ago. Now a Shikon no Tama fragment has freed “Menmaru”, Hy?ga’s son. He seeks revenge for his father’s destruction and to free the power of his father sealed away with him. Men?maru and his minions “Hari” and “Ruri” begin battling with Inuyasha. Sango and Miroku have their hands full dealing with the duo, Ruri having copied Miroku’s Kaz?na and Hari having stolen Sango’s faithful companion, Kirara. Men?maru curses Kagome so she turns against Inuyasha.

Absolutely wonderful. Love the scene between Inuyasha and Kagome, as they are talking through Goshinboku. Also, it’s funny that Gramps and Sota come down with colds because they were sitting out in the snow. (It’s in the credits.) I might watch this again…

Great movie. 9.9/10 (minus the 0.1 because of the mystery of Ruri knowing about miroku’s wind tunnel, and being so unbelievably stupid with it that she killed herself. But who cares? It was great!)
