Yea, I fourth that. I was under the impression that there are also episodes 14-20, and I can’t find them anywhere. And what makes me even more angry about this is that tenchi muyo has nothing to do with tenchi universe >:

episodes 14-20 were never shown on TV or put on dvd idk why but they never were

try searching under tenchi muyo-ryo oki,i believe thats how they titled the other episodes,i remember the ending, so i know the rest are out there
